His success comes from his insight, coupled with his endless energy and dedication to providing solutions to his clients’ diverse financial problems.  Bill has played a major role in growing the firm’s audit practice, while also ensuring that the Firm continues to meet the profession’s highest technical standards for auditing. 

Bill possesses a rare combination of specialized expertise and real-world experience in the complementary disciplines of auditing, Fair Value, GAAP, taxation and transactions.  He works closely with business owners and management, individuals and families, auditors, attorneys and other advisors to address various financial, economic, and operational matters.  Bill also has deep experience working on mergers and acquisitions on both the buy and sell side of a transaction.

In addition to his role as partner of MFA – Moody, Famiglietti & Andronico, Bill also serves as Managing Director of the Valuation Practice for MFA Cornerstone Consulting.  As a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Accredited Business Valuator (ABV), his significant expertise in valuation makes him well versed in performing 409A and FAS 123R stock option valuations, FAS 150 preferred warrant valuations, FAS 141(R) intangible asset valuations, and goodwill and asset impairment tests.  He also regularly performs valuations for gift and estate tax reporting, charitable giving, mergers and acquisitions, marital asset distribution, and economic damages/lost profits.  Given Bill’s vast experience and solutions driven approach, he is widely sought after by owners, CFOs and other professional consultants to advise on various valuation areas that impact financial and tax reporting.
