As a Valuation Analyst for MFA Cornerstone Consulting, Mr. Hannon provides a complete range of valuation services to both publicly-held and private company clients in a broad range of industries. Jared has significant expertise in the technical aspects of valuation including the varied operational, financial, and market factors that must be considered as part of the process. Jared’s responsive, hands-on approach provides highly effective execution and education for the firm’s clients.
Prior to MFA, Jared worked as a valuation analyst for Axiom Valuation Solutions where he was responsible for performing valuations for small and medium-sized businesses including performing valuation of equity for IRC 409A purposes; tangible and intangible assets in accordance with ASC 805; and goodwill impairment testing in support of ASC 350 compliance.
